Packed full of flavor and relatively lean (devoid of any fat caps), the Fullblood Wagyu tri-tip is cut from the bottom of the sirloin. A large cut with beautiful marbling, the tri-tip can be grilled or roasted to achieve a tender medium-rare finish. A dash of kosher salt and fresh ground pepper pair well with the tri-tip, but rubbing the meat with fresh herbs or marinating it before grilling also makes for a delectable dish!
Our herd’s genetics are uncompromised and differ from many Wagyu being raised in the United States, which often fall into the categories of purebred or crossbred. Double 8 Cattle Company encourages our clients to understand the difference between crossbred, purebred, and Fullblood. And furthermore, we invite our clients to experience the difference. Each bite of Fullblood Wagyu beef will elevate your standard for premium beef. The superior flavor and tenderness, to name a few, will be readily apparent. Our commitment to providing clients with unparalleled premium beef led us to solely raising 100% Fullblood Wagyu.
