2 1/2 CUPS of Brown Sugar

1 1/4 CUPS Kosher Salt

4 TBSP Insta Cure No.1

4 TBSP Freshly Ground Black Pepper

4 TBSP Coriander Seed 2 TSP Mustard Seed

1 TSP Fennel Seed

1/2 TSP Cinnamon

2 TSP Red Chili Flakes

1/2 TSP Clove 4 Bay Leaves

2 TSP Garlic Powder

2 TSP Juniper Berries
